I am proofing this session and it made me chuckle. How sweet is Mister T? I think this describes his day and then what he thinks of it. hehehehe Just had to share it with you all.

Out of the Office

I will be out of the office from Tuesday, July 22, 2008 until Monday, July 28, 2008. I will answer any emails and phone calls on Monday, July 28, 2008.

boy, was it hot!

It sure was hot on this day in Mooresville. As we all say in the South...Bless your heart...well Bless all of our hearts. :) I am not one to get hot. Usually you will find me editing your portraits wearing a jacket, with the ac going and it is 90 degrees outside. I freeze to death. No this day though. I always tell my clients "If I am hot..then it is hot". Hehehe. So here are a sweet brother and sister who got along great although we agreed that boys have cooties and girls have cooties. So there...it is settled if you all have had that question on your mind lately. :) Here are a few mom to hold you over.

wow! what a beautiful nursery

Mr.T really has a comfy place to lay his head. It truly is a beautiful place. I happen to be a little partial the colors blue and brown so his place just was right up my ally so to speak. Mr.T was so good and let us get some great shots. It was so hard for me to pick what to show for a sneak peek. So mom and dad be ready for some great portraits. Here are some to share.

boys, boys, boys

I hear that when babies are born that they come in spurts regarding boys or girls...but I have to tell you that the boys are winning by far. I rarely have a girl lately. Where are all my girls? Last week I had alot of newborns...comes in bunches they say. Here ya go mom and dad.

This little guy I could photograph all day long. He was so tiny and folded up so sweet. He would smile for the camera and everything. So precious let me tell you. He so very loved too. Here are a few.

mr. w is growing like a weed

It is amazing how much Mister W and his sister Miss E look alike. If they were closer they could pass for twins. I have been photographing big sister for a few years now and she is very sweet and loves to play with me. Here are a few from our latest session.

Everytime I see this I think...I need to post this on the blog cause I know this happens to you daddies. Who has it not happened to...right? Just look at that little innocent face. Too funny! adorable miss c

She is as precious as they come. What more can I say about her except isn't her smile contagious? She just makes you smile. Can you all tell I spend most of days at Mooresville? Like I said before their only 9 legal photographers in the State of Alabama who can shoot there. I am one of those. Lynn, my husband, said we should just buy in Mooresville a house cause I spend so much time there. It is a beautiful place and most all my clients leave loving it as well. Well, don't let me husband hear me say that. :) I really am not a football fan, but if I have to pull I am for the other guys. SHHHH! Mr.T here will be a HUGE Alabama fan I can already tell. He is the most easy going little thing. I know he does not have a smile in the first one, but I just love the look on his face. So adorable!

mr.p is one and cute as can be

Mr.P loved his sucker. My experience with suckers has been when you give a sucker to a child for a portrait and then take it away. They scream. Mr. P is a normal child. :) hehehehe. He loved it. Mom brought it for this day and he dropped it on the ground so it got ewwie. He is a couple from the day.

big brother and little sister...what sweeties

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. I sure did. We went to Bridgestreet and let me tell you if I was a millionaire I could do some damage there. :) Couldn't you? I just love it. I love the music playing live as I walk by and one of my favorite places is The Chocolate Crocodile! HELLO! And did you know that the mall has been there all this time and I never knew Anthropologie was there? Love it. Can I move in now...really?

Okay so here we are with these 2 sweeties. I mean how cute are they? Mom was bribing little man with restaurants and I told him I wanted to go to cause she really had some great places picked out. He thought I was going. Too funny! Here are a few.

If you have a session with me...then you know that we have to do a feet picture. Hehehe. I think they are so very cute. This family has been coming to me for years now. They are cousins and are so very sweet. We done this session at their home. A beautiful driveway with a pond at the end made for a great session! Here are a few from the session.

mister f was so much fun

He was so very fascinated with me and my camera. His parents would try and get his attention to play and he would turn his head and look at me. So funny. :) He is a budding photographer...just wait and see. Thanks for all your help on this day since it was raining. I sure do appreciate it when dads come out and help carry in my equipment and help me back out. This dad even let me park in their garage because it was raining. What a sweet family. Of course they have always been this helpful. :) BTW, I thought for sure he looked like daddy until I looked at the proofs and now I see mommy. I think there is some of both.
