so behind right now

I apologize for that. May has been the busiest month I have EVER had. That is just hard to believe to me. As you all know I do all my own proofing to give each portrait that special touch. For that reason I am running way behind. I am so thankful I have the best clients in the whole wide world. :) They totally understand me and my work. Thank you very much. Here I am on Memorial Day trying to proof and get up sneak peeks before I leave for a family reunion. So bear with me. This week I plan on getting lots of sessions up. So look for me to call you if your time is almost up. Yay!! So here we go on some sneak peeks.

ms.a is 7 months and counting....

another one turns 1!

So many of my babies are turning one which is wonderful to see, but it is also sad on my part because I have gotten to see them grow to this point and now their Baby Plan has ended so I will not get to see them as often. Which means I can't get to laugh and play with them as often. I have grown to love these little ones as well as grown close to their families. They are all so special. I will still see them as they grow just not as much. So here is Mr. C.H. He is so precious. You could not ask for a better child for portraits. He really done well. We did find out one thing in this session. He LOVES his tractor! :) Here is your sneak peek.

mr.h is 6 months old

The first one is Mr.H's favorite toy. He just had the best time playing with that. So what better way to remember it than with a portrait? I just love the polka dot hat and diaper cover! I tell all the mommys to check at Ity Bity in the Interior Market Place and that is where this mom found this one. It went so well with my blue background. My fav! Here is your sneak peek.

7 year old Miss K

welcome miss L to the world

Let me tell you ...this little girl is going to be spoiled. :) She is going to have it made. She is the 3rd child with 2 older brothers...so "the only girl"! They will be the big brothers for sure and take care for her especially when she starts school. I had 2 older brothers and I am the only girl...so I know a little bit about this stuff. Miss L is a cutie too. Look at that hat! How adorable. For all you moms that want one I will have to find out for sure where she got it. Simplicity By Christy Is Booked Solid For June, July, & August!!

Wow! I am very honored with all your love for Simplicity By Christy. It is truly amazing how it has grown over these 4 years or so.

All of June, July and August is completely booked solid. The only appointments on my calender open is for current Baby Planners or if you have already signed up on the Baby Plan and waiting to give birth. Of course if you have scheduled with me for a session you are down on the books. This applies to new sessions and newborns who have not already contacted me only.

Senior '08

My last senior for the '08 graduating class. I love the one sitting under the tree reading her Bible and the sun rays coming through. She sings in a gospel group locally so she brought a microphone for personality portraits too. So here is your sneak peek. I think these are great.

Is everyone tired of seeing Mooresville yet? I love it there. So if you are needing ideas be on the lookout because I will be there alot in the coming weeks. Since they put the change into effect their are only 9 photographers in Alabama that can shoot session there legally. I am one of those.
This is Miss M as you can tell. She was perfect as always. Keep in mind I don't get to see alot of my babies for 6 months since their last session and they have changed so much. She has gotten so many teeth and starting to look like a big girl now. How sweet is she?

miss j and the botanical gardens

You may have seen Miss J on my blog before. This is the second time I have photographed here. She is going to have a baby brother in the next few months that I get the pleasure of photographing also. Miss J is at the perfect age of imagination. As some of you may know the dinosaurs are visiting the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. When walking through the park Miss J tried to feed the dinosaurs. mr.t is 1!

come, walk, support...Relay For Life

These are images from the 2007 Relay for Life that I was so honored to be a part of. I have never been so moved at a ceremony in my life. I know we all have been touched in some way with cancer. I know I have. I have lost many a friend an loved ones. Please come out tonight...Friday May 2, 2008 at 7pm and walk to support Relay for Life. There are lots of activities for you and the kiddos. My children love going. I promise you will be moved. It is a wonderful experience. I will be there most of the night. It is at Hazel Green High School at the football field. Buy a luminary to honor someone fighting cancer or has lost their battle to cancer. Just support this cause on the way to a cure. I hope to see you there and be sure to find look me up.
